The exhibition center, divided in four areas, took four years to be transformed into a largely modish space, carefully preserving threads of the past, including wooden rafters and patches of exposed brick. At its heart is a massive ovular bar reserved for tipple tastings and mixology classes, with Select Spritz as protagonist. Ca’ Select is the new official home of Select Aperitivo. Reclaimed from a former industrial laboratory in Venice’s Cannareggio district, the two-level space designed by studio Mercante-Testa, includes interactive areas telling the story of the brand and its deep bond with the city.
