​​Liquid-Hub.com developed an innovative format for Zacapa called "Che sapore ha una nuvola?" (What does a cloud taste like?). A select cluster of bars chosen by the client received a bespoke Zacapa box containing exclusive, custom-made and branded items, including the VOM kit—a unique machine designed to create edible clouds. Participants were guided through an online training session with Giacomo Giannotti, from Paradiso in Barcelona, learning to use the machine and craft creative cocktails featuring the edible clouds. Each bar was provided with premium physical and digital tools to elevate their drink offerings, creating unforgettable Zacapa experiences for their guests. As a highlight, one team was invited as a special guest to the prestigious Diageo World Class Italian Final in Milan.

Zacapa

Zacapa rum, created in 1976 to honor the 100th anniversary of Zacapa, Guatemala, matures at the "House Above the Clouds," 2,300 meters above sea level. Using the Sistema Solera method, it ages in casks like American White Oak and European oak, contributing to its rich flavor and complexity. Guided by master blender Lorena Vásquez, Zacapa is crafted with precision and passion. With over 35 years of expertise, Vásquez’s innovative approach has established Zacapa as one of the world’s finest rums, celebrated for its exceptional quality and flavor.
